To climb with us after 12 April 2021, you will need to have updated your registration through Capitan and set up an online account. Capitan is not an ‘app’ but it has been built ‘mobile first’ so it works on all devices and different size screens.

Pre-Existing Customers

If you are a pre-existing customer and have been active with us after 1 April 2018. Please search your emails as we have been sending out emails during the week commencing 5 April. If you can’t find any emails, please send us an email.

New Customers - Beginners

If you are completely new to climbing or have very limited experience, you will need to either watch a safety video, attend a group intro course or, book private tuition with one of our coaches. If you want to be first on the list when we open up to new customers - sign up here and get on the waiting list!

New Customers - Experienced Climbers and/or Boulderers

If you are an experienced climber and/or boulderer and want to register to climb without supervision, send us an email with a brief explanation of your skill level and the other walls you climb at, and we’ll reply with further instructions.

CAPITAN DEVELOPMENT AND NEW FEATURES

As Capitan is brand new to the market, we are finding little bugs here and there but they are getting fixed quickly. We thank you for your patience during these initial weeks and are excited to share the updates which are coming over the next 4-8 weeks.
