EXTERNAL COACHES & INSTRUCTORS

Professional Coaches & Instructors

Professional coaches and instructors can use our facility on weekdays before 7 pm*. To register as a professional you will need to provide evidence of your Professional Award, Current First Aid Certificate and Liability Insurance.
We may also ask for references.

If you want to use Highball as a venue for delivering NGB Awards or Training Workshops e.g. BMC Fundamentals - click here.

Register as a Professional
Book an induction with the Climbing Wall Manager - 30mins (phone call acceptable) 
Book your coaching sessions via email hello@highballnorwich.co.uk - Please give at least 48hrs notice

One free booking per week
£10 per additional booking

Competitions & Squads

Highball regularly organises competition events and Professional Coaches are welcome to bring their Youth Squads. Each coach can bring up to 6 participants if all squad members are minimum 'Youth C'. 

If your squad has very young children defined as not yet Youth C, then our standard registration and supervision policy applies i.e. direct supervision with a 1:2 ratio, or 1:1 if the child is under 8.

You will need enough adults to supervise your squad if the ages are mixed. Any parents supervising will need to complete the appropriate registration.

Please ensure to bring enough adults to supervise your squad.

Our centre is suitable for delivering the following:
MLT Awards: Indoor Climbing Assistant, Climbing Wall Instructor, Foundation Coach, Development Coach, All BMC Fundamentals Workshops
