When did you join the Highball Crew?
I've been here since Day 1, September 2012!

What's your job title at Highball?
I'm a jack of all trades within Highball from General Manager to Chief Route Setter.

What is your favourite thing about working at Highball?
The people and I get to climb for work.

What are your climbing goals or projects for 2021?
To get back outside. I've got a massive tick list for bouldering in the Peak. I would like to get to Portland for some sport, Wales and Scotland for mountains.

Favourite Song?
Something by Future Islands I can't decide which one.

Favourite TV show/film?
Right now it's Schitt’s Creek.

Hobbies / Interests outside of work?
Restoring classic cars and growing stuff on my allotment.

"I reluctantly started climbing as university friends were into it and they wouldn't take no for an answer. I'm pretty glad they persuaded me as it's taken up the majority of my personal and professional time since then. I've been climbing for around eleven years now and have seen some amazing places and met some amazing people. I mostly boulder but do like a bit of trad danger too. You'll find me climbing on vert and slab technical terror climbs that no one ever wants to repeat. At work, I'm either around the coffee machine trying my best to pour a rosetta. Up a ladder setting boulders or lurking in an office answering all the questions and generally trying to make Highball a great place to be."
