November Closure

COVID Update - November Closure Information 

Hi All,

Following the government’s announcement last night, Highball will be temporarily closed from Thursday 5th November for at least a month. Whilst we support the decision, it is a huge disappointment; especially as we’d just started to turn a corner and see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. 

The crew and I have worked hard over the last few months to make Highball as safe a place as possible and I guess the positive thing is…..  we go into lockdown number 2 knowing what we learned from lockdown number 1.

We’ve done it once; we can and will do it again. 

So, here’s a few things we can share right now based on last nights announcement. 

We will close at 10pm Wednesday 4th November for at least a month.

Until then we are open as usual.
 

If you have made any bookings after this date, we will contact you later this week with regard to your options.
 

Pay Monthly Memberships:

We will not process our membership billing today. We will bill you later this week. We will send you all an email today with further information on what we are doing.
 

Memberships: Prepaid

All prepaid memberships will be frozen on 5 November. 

Emails will be sent to you all today.
 

Punchcards/Multipass

All punchcards have a 6-month expiry. All punches which expired during lockdown #1 were extended to 31 December 2020. We will wait to see how long lockdown #2 lasts before making a decision on any further extension.
