Yoga and Pilates 

Both are excellent ‘off the wall’ training routines which, if practised regularly, can improve Core Strength, Balance, and Flexibility. These three areas are fundamental in climbing and just small improvements in all three can make a big difference on the wall.

Yoga: Thursday: 19:00 & 20:00 / Sunday 09:00 & 10:00

 

Injury Prevention & Mobility Sessions / Wednesday 18:30

Classes on mobility and asymmetric strength exercises for the whole body whilst focusing on a particular area each week – see below. The aim of the class is to help prevent climbing related injuries by teaching and practising exercises you can then use in your own routine.

Wk 1: Shoulders & Upper Body
Wk 2: Core and Back
Wk 3: Hips & Lower Limbs
Wk 4: General Mobility

Note: When a month has a 5th Wednesday, the class will be a beasting circuit!
